Established in 2012 AL SAK ALABYATHE has managed, over its Three years of

existence, to meet and exceed market demands. Has succeeded in maintaining a secure

GENERAL INFORMATION: Our Services: AL SAK ALABYATHE is providing services in the emirates Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al

Khaimah, Fujeirah , Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi in the field of MEP contracting for

buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, colleges, schools, show rooms, villas, factories etc

Scope of Supply:

Air Conditioning

HVAC includes Installation of Cold rooms, all types of HVAC systems and its Electro-

mechanical works, Chilled water pipe erection and installation, chiller, cooling tower,

AHU, FCU installation, kitchen hood ducts and fresh - air duct installation and all kinds of

Split units & Package units.

Fire Alarm System & Fire Fighting system

• Construction Department:

• We are providing each project an expert construction team to handle the site works and to coordinate with other departments in main office, this in-house construction team insures a professional approach in executing the job as far as quality time, our teams of

Project managers, site engineers, foremen and work force guarantees to clients to

hand over the project on time.

Procurement Department: The procurement department relations and contacts with suppliers all over UAE

ensures a proper professional ordering through local market , also the

procurement department has a wide range of contacts for international suppliers

who serve commercial and hospitality projects.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASUREMENTS:

1. Safety Advisor:

A Safety Advisor will be appointed at each site where the Company carries out its

business, and will advise and assist the Directors to achieve the aims and

objectives of the Company Health & Safety policy.

2. Fire Prevention and Procedures (including Drills)

Procedures in the event of fire will be tested regularly to meet statutory

requirements including, where necessary, training and instruction to staff.

Evacuation procedures will be informed and advertised where applicable assembly

points to be visibly marked and informed to all employees / visitors.

3. First Aid and Medical Provisions:

First aid facilities will be provided for staff working both on and off-site in

compliance with statutory requirements. It is recognized that there is a necessity

to ascertain that existing and potential employees are, and continue to be, fit and

questionnaires, pre -employment and periodic medicals will be used.

4. Plant and Machinery Plant and machinery will be maintained in a condition that is safe to both staff and environment. This includes procurement, regular examination of machinery, electrical installations and apparatus by authorized and competent persons. General Housekeeping and Personal Safety Guidance

Staff at all levels is responsible for ensuring satisfactory housekeeping in their own

areas and generally about the premises.

5. Training and Instruction

Sufficient training and information will be available for all personnel to fully

appreciate their obligations and responsibilities with respect to health, safety and

welfare

6. Hazardous Chemicals

Necessary information to ensure health, safety and well-being of employees who are

required to handle chemicals is contained in the Managing CASHH Manual. The

Management is required to ensure that the standards are respected.

7. Monitoring Safety

Staff must make themselves aware to possible hazard in all activities; evaluate

them and take appropriate precautions to the risk. Suitable arrangements must be

made for monitoring of the work place and work activities and provisions must be

made for the correction of defects and for the introduction of additional measures

deemed to be necessary.

8. Environmental Safety

The provision of working environment, which is safe and free from risk to health, is a

statutory requirement. On-going monitoring will carried out to ensure compliance.

9. Accidents, Dangerous occurrences and Unsatisfactory Working Condition.

All accidents, notifiable dangerous occurrences and cases of illness attributed to

unsatisfactory working condition will be investigated, properly recorded and

registered. Appropriate corrective action will be taken in accordance with the

statutory legislation and Health and Safety Code of practice.

10. Visitors and Contractors

Visitors and contractors must be controlled within the premises to ensure that own

maintained safety.
