Association• Free for all 380,000 Rutgers University degree holders

• Card will never expire

• Identifies graduates as Rutgers alumni eligible to obtain services on the all campuses (certain services have fees that may apply)

• Inclusion of Perks Card discount program providing discounts locally and around the world, with a call in center for customer service questions Mon - Fri.

• Alumni can print out a generic replacement card online at NO COST

• Alumni can purchase a new personalized card that will arrive within 12 weeks for a fee of $9.95 (quarterly card processing)

Cards for New Graduates

• PERKS will produce cards each year at no cost to Rutgers or alumni.

• Alumni Relations is working with other University partners to distribute to new graduates.

• In partnership with PERKS, a custom, co-branded Rutgers benefits site has been created

• Site is embedded within Rutgers Online Community, and alumni need to only sign on once for access to all benefits

• Ability to print out free, generic replacement card at no cost

• Searchable, online database of extensive benefits offered by PERKS and Rutgers Alumni Relations

• Those without web access can call 800# with questions about benefits
