The ATEX approved Series AT2DH3 Digihelic® Differential Pressure Controller isa 3 in 1 instrument possessing a digital display gage, control relay switches, and atransmitter with current output. Combining these three features allows the reduction ofseveral instruments with one product, saving inventory, installation time and money. TheATEX approved Digihelic® controller is the ideal instrument for hazardous area pressure,velocity and flow applications by allowing for the selection of pressure, velocity orvolumetric flow operation in several commonly used engineering units. Two SPDT controlrelays with adjustable dead bands are provided along with a scalable 4 to 20 mA processoutput. In velocity or flow modes, a square root output is provided on the 4 to 20 mA signalto coincide with the actual flow curve. Flame-proof ATEX enclosures are available in aluminum and can include a glass windowfor viewing process information and set point status on digital display.

The ATEX approved Series AT1ADPS Adjustable Differential Pressure Switch isdesigned for pressure, vacuum, and differential pressure applications in hazardous areas.The dual scaled adjustment knob in inches water column and pascals allows changes to theswitching pressure to be made without a pressure gage. The switch is available withsettings from 0.08 in w.c. (20 Pa) up to 16 in w.c. (4000 Pa). The silicone diaphragm makesthis series ideal for use with air and other noncombustible gases. Explosion-proof, heavy duty, industrial unit has a unique new design which providessensitivity to differential pressures as low as 10 inches of water (254 mm w.c.), yet handlestotal pressure of 1500 psi (103 bar). Unlike common differential pressure switches that usea piston-type motion transfer, the Series H3 utilizes a rotary motion transfer shaft thatprevents a change in total pressure from causing a setpoint shift. Unit yields deadbandsapproximately 5% of range, with zero setpoint shift due to variation in working pressures.Friction is minimized and repeatability increased by allowing range spring to act directlyon diaphragm plate. Rolling diaphragm design maintains constant effective area to furtherreduce friction. Diaphragm is allowed to “seat”, allowing application of full rated pressure,up to 1500 psi (103 bar), on either high or low pressure port, without damage. Specialovertravel feature prevents overtightening of range adjust screw. Choose optional 316SSchamber for water and water-based fluids or harsher applications.

Model 1950 Explosion-Proof Differential Pressure Switch combines the bestfeatures of the popular Dwyer® Series 1900 Pressure Switch with an integral explosion-proof and weatherproof housing, making it an exceptional value for either application. It isCE, UL and CSA listed, FM approved for use in Class I, Div 1, Groups C and D, Class IIGroups E, F, and G and Class III hazardous atmospheres (NEMA 7 & 9), Raintight NEMA3 (IP54). Weatherproof features include a drain plug and O-ring seal in cover. Electricalconnections are easily made by removing front cover. SeriesV6
Surprisingly compact, the Series V6 Flotect® Flow Switch is engineered tospecifically monitor liquid, gas, or airflows. Operation is simple and dependable with nomechanical linkage as the flow switch is magnetically actuated. The lower body holds theflow vane and one magnet, which controls the switch actuating magnet in the separateupper housing. In most applications the switch is normally off with the pipeline flow forcingthe vane against the vane spring. As the flow decreases the vane spring pushes back thevane, actuating the switch to signal an alarm or shutdown. Tees are available for installationin pipelines from 1/2˝ to 2˝, with bushings added the unit is easily adapted to 1/4˝ and3/8˝ piping.

Submersible Level TransmittersPerfect for Ground Water and Wells, Lightning Protected
SBLT2 and SBLTX Submersible Level Transmitters are manufactured for years oftrouble free service in the harshest applications. Both measure the height of liquid abovethe position in the tank referenced to atmospheric pressure. The transmitters consist ofa piezoresistive sensing element, encased in a 316 SS housing. Bullet nose design protectsthe diaphragm from damage. The SBLT2 incorporates lightning and surge protection utilizing dual arrestor technology,grounded to case, eliminating both power supply surges and lightning ground striketransients (surge protection is not guaranteed and is not covered by warranty). The SBLTXis UL approved intrinsically safe for use in hazardous locations when used with properbarrier. Units come equipped with a 270-pound tensile strength shielded and vented cable.Ventilation tube in the cable automatically compensates for changes in atmosphericpressure above the tank. The vent is protected with a maintenance free filter eliminatingparticulate or water droplets from entering the transducers.

Both measure the height of liquid abovethe position in the tank referenced to atmospheric pressure. The transmitters consist of apiezoresistive sensing element, encased in a 316 SS housing. Perfect for wastewater andslurry applications with features to protect the unit from these demanding applications.Large diameter 316 SS diaphragm seal is non-clogging and damage resistant to floatingsolids. The PBLT2 incorporates lightning and surge protection utilizing dual arrestor technology,grounded to case, eliminating both power supply surges and lightning ground striketransients (surge protection is not guaranteed and is not covered by warranty). The Model TLVT1 Digital Touch Screen Programmable Thermostat with HeatPump simplifies controlling indoor temperatures in commercial and residential buildings.A large easy to read LCD display shows the current temperature, set point, as well as timeand day of the week. By touching the icons on the display, building occupants cantemporarily change the set point, edit the weekly program, or select the control mode. Forlarger offices or homes, a single thermostat can control up to two heating and two coolingunits. For Heat pump applications, the thermostat can control a two stage compressor. Series PBV Automated Ball Valve - Two-Way Plastic
Electric and Pneumatic Actuators
The Series PBV is ideal for services in industrial, chemical, turf and irrigation, and pooland spa applications, as well as for use with potable water. The valve features a shear-proofstem designed to prevent leakage in the event of damage, reinforced TFE seats and EPDMseals for longer life, and an all-plastic construction (PVC or CPVC) for heavyweight durabilityat a lightweight cost. Valves also come standard with selectable NPT or socket processconnections.The PBV is an economical automated valve package with either an electric or pneumaticactuator. Electrically actuated models are weatherproof, NEMA 4 (IP56), powered bystandard 115 VAC supply, and are available in either two-position or proportional control.Two-position actuators use the 115 VAC input to drive each of the valve ports open or closed,while the modulating actuator accepts a 4 to 20 mA input for infinite valve positioning.Actuator features include thermal overload protection to withstand stall conditions, visualposition indication and a permanently lubricated gear train.The pneumatic double acting actuator uses an air supply to drive each of the actuator ports.Spring return pneumatic actuators use the air supply to drive the valve stem one direction,and internally loaded springs return the valve to its original position. Also available is theSV3 solenoid valve to electrically switch the supply pressure between the air supply ports.Actuators are constructed of anodized aluminum and are epoxy coated for years of corrosionfree service.

The Series WE01 incorporates a full port2-piece SS ball valve for great flow rateswith minimal pressure drop. The valvefeatures a blowout proof stem for addedsafety, reinforced PTFE seats and seals forlonger life, and a 316 SS (ASTM CF8M) ballfor better performance. Actuators aredirect mounted creating a compactassembly for tight spaces. Limit switchesare able to be mounted directly to the valvesallowing for remote position indication. The Series WE01 can be configured witheither an electric or pneumatic actuator.Electric actuators are available inweatherproof or explosion-proof, a varietyof supply voltages and two-position ormodulating control. Two-position actuatorsuse the supply voltage to drive the valveopen or closed, while the modulatingactuator accepts a 4 to 20 mA input for valvepositioning. Actuators feature thermaloverload protection and permanentlylubricated gear train. The pneumatic double acting actuator uses
an air supply to drive the valve open andclosed. The actuator has two supply ports,with one driving the valve open and theother driving the valve closed. Springreturn pneumatic actuators use the airsupply to open the valve and internallyloaded springs return the valve to the closedposition. Also available is the SN solenoidvalve to electrically switch the air supplypressure between the air supply ports foropening and closing the valve. Actuators areconstructed of anodized and epoxy coatedaluminum for years of corrosion freeservice.

Limitswitches are able to be mounted directly tothe valves allowing for remote positionindication. The Series WE03 can be configured witheither an electric or pneumatic actuator.Electric actuators are available inweatherproof or explosion-proof, a varietyof supply voltages and two-position ormodulating control. Two-position actuatorsuse the supply voltage to drive the valveopen or closed, while the modulatingactuator accepts a 4 to 20 mA input for valvepositioning. Actuators feature thermaloverload protection and permanentlylubricated gear train.
The pneumatic double acting actuator usesan air supply to drive the valve open andclosed. The actuator has two supply portswith one driving the valve open and theother driving the valve closed. Springreturn pneumatic actuators use the airsupply to open the valve and internallyloaded springs return the valve to the closedposition. Also available is the SN solenoidvalve to electrically switch the air supplypressure between the air supply ports foropening and closing the valve. Actuators areconstructed of anodized and epoxy coatedaluminum for years of corrosion freeservice.
