For Healthy Eyes



•  Re!exology is very safe, especially the “gentle” style; complementary with other treatments

•  Do one hour before or after eating •  Drink lots of water •  Preferable to abstain from alcohol

•  Lift and repeat •  Press hard enough to feel it,

•  Now try your left foot




•  Massage 2 to 3 times a week •  Kidney – 60 seconds each foot •  Liver – 30 seconds right foot •  Eye – 20 to 30 intense seconds each foot •  Brain – 20 to 30 intense seconds each foot •  Face – 20 to 30 seconds each foot •  Lymphatic Drainage – 15 strokes each foot
