analysis of Coal, single handed.
o Solved the problem of presence of white stone in middling coal a/c BPSCL loaded
from CCL permanently which saved considerable damage expenditure of the
company.
o Solved the erratic weighment problem in colliery weighbridges (BCCL,CCL & MCL)
and at the plant end (BTPC,MGLE) weighbridge.

SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS ACROSS THE TENURE
Liaising with Railways to create favourable environment where the company is treated as
the most preferred customer by Railways for allocation of rakes during critical situation.
Liaising with Coal Companies (MCL, BCCL, CCL, and ECL) for timely and adequate allocation
and other issue related to quality and quantity of coal.
Hands on experience in Liaising with Port officials, Customs & Excise and other Govt.
Agencies.
Ensuring that Branch is run with financial discipline and those activities across the
purchasing, payment, expediting, sub-contracts and inventory disciplines are performed
effectively and efficiently.
Monitoring port activities w.r.t. proper deployment of machinery (Pay loaders, Poclain) with
the help of port supervisor.
Planning the vessel lay can for the entire month for our principal.
Monitoring entire port operation management activities and instituting necessary measures
for curtailing unnecessary expenditure and saving costs.
