After Nina has positively checked the Eligibility criteria, the data will be sent to OEET where Bert the expert will assess the project:

It's Bert's first time to use OEET.

After Nina creates his account, an email is

generated and sent to Bert's email address.

• Validate his OEET account

• Log in to OEET assessment

• Submit the evaluation

Tips for the Expert…

• Write commentary OFFLINE using a word

processor package

• SAVE data frequently, particularly if the expert is

writing commentary directly into a text box

• Submit assessments as each one is finished

• Click on the Assessment List button to open the list of projects for that Round / Agency / Programme

• contains the award criteria to be evaluated• Each criterion has to be given a score and a

supporting comment

• Before validation, the Expert Decision drop down menu should be completed and the final score checked. (no need to give comments)

ASSESSMENT VALIDATION• = submit assessment when all scores & mandatory

comments have been recorded & saved• On clicking on submit, the experts declares to a non-conflict

of interest…

• After submission, an assessment becomes read-only and cannot be modified (but you can contact the NA & ask to make a new assessment)
