The nonprofit sector is changing at the speed of thought, meaning that today’s nonprofit leaders face an increasingly complex climate that calls for continued development of their business leadership skills. To address this need, the Nonprofit Executive Programs in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame offer non-degree certificate initiatives to develop business leadership and managerial skills in a focused format for the organization’s leader, key staff employees and/or board members.
