Company Profile

Vision : Vision can be defined as the future condition of an Company . Although it is established by a gradual process, that means an company can started with a tiny structure and business activities . But after a different time this condition will be change , it may be upgraded or may by collapse. Where’s every company has a better or systematic vision. It is common fairs that an 14 principle of management firstly fixed a vision . Our company also have an ambitious vision like first our company did the work based sub contract order at the being period in 2008 in where’s we had no any permanent buyer. But our vision will be that at a time company must have may permanent buyer and our management will produce all and our company will produce all types of materials and accessories which is needed to complete a full garments . Finally it can be said that our company will as a composite garments after 5 years from the begging period .

Mission :

To reach a desired destination or goal some one has to perform or fulfill the day to day activities that is called mission. Our Company Management had a strong a clear mission. In our mission we have some specifies steps with s followed very cordially by all of our group member such as, we give more emphases on some

definite steps like

1. Ensure best quality

2. Ensure best working environment.

3. Supply the order within the lead time

4. Following proper management system

5. Applying the marketing mix

6. Ensure the buyer satisfaction

7. Applying the motivation theory in the Company Management

Management principles are the statements

of fundamental truth based on logic which

provides guidelines for managerial decision

making and actions.

Henri FayolThese principles are derived: -

1. On the basis of observation and analysis i.e. practical experience of managers.

2. By conducting experimental studies.

all kinds must be divided & subdivided

and allotted to various persons according

to their expertise in a particular area.

2. Authority & Responsibility

Our Garments Authority refers to the right

of superiors to get exactness from their

sub-ordinates.

Responsibility means obligation for the

performance of the job assigned.

3. Unity of CommandCloth Work Garments have many People. A

sub-ordinate should receive orders and be

accountable to one and only one boss at a

time.

He should not receive instructions from

more than one person

4. Unity of DirectionOur Garments People engaged in the same

kind of business or same kind of activities

must have the same objectives in a single

plan.

Without unity of direction, unity of action

cannot be achieved.
