EPA Region IX's Environmental Engineer (Roger Yates) releases his consultant's sanitary survey report for Pine View Estates.Cover letter dated May 3, 2005; sanitary survey dated Dec. 14, 2004.CC:d to the Washoe tribe (tribal chairman Brian Wallace and director Marie Barry), BIA (Curtis Millsap), PTP (Ernest Crowley), and Indian Health Services (Dominic Wolf).EPA's consultant, the Cadmus Group, conducted a sanitary survey of Pine View Estates on Dec. 14, 2004. At the time, there were 103 homes in Pine View (page 1).The Cadmus Group could not find PTP Corp. on the Secretary of State's website. (page 4) PTP had two certified operators for the groundwater system: Briscoe Sanderson and Ray May Jr. (page 4)The Cadmus Group made 12 initial recommendations (page 4-7) and 15 additional recommendations (end of section IV, before digital photos).
