• Completed MEP above ceiling rough-in on the east side of the 5th floor.

• Tying in outside duct to the ERU’s.

• Installation of stone at the main entrance to the HQ is 95% complete.

• MEP rough-in in the exhibit areas of the VC is ongoing.

• Started the installation of the standing seam roof at the eyebrow.

• Caulking windows and installing trim caps on the southeast side of the HQ is 100% complete.

• Continue to fire caulk the expansion joints on 1st thru 5th floors at the HQ.

• Currently framing toilet room ceiling on the 1st floor.

• Framing and sheathing exterior walls at the VC is 100% complete.

• Continue to one side walls on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the HQ and frame interior partitions in the VC.
