It’s a simple public interface that allows publishers, or anyone to enter

a keyword of their choice and get back a search result from CrossRef’s

metadata records.

You can search on the following terms:

• author names• ORCIDs• DOIs • ISSNs • ShortDOIs

You can limit the search results to:

• particular publishers• funders• work types• years of publication

You can also:

• create citations for results• to import results into ORCID profiles
