Work Task Plan the operation
Organize and lead the service team to implement the plan

Work Task Do as a senior service engineer to fix technical troubles in the field when required
Coordinating subordinates to carry out approved program. Managing and leading all subordinates in scope of management.
Assist ASSD manager in overall and to be on be half of ASSD when the manager is absent
Review and cross check the forecast and order of spare part of Imaging
Evaluating subordinates performance.
Proposing changes of system & work instruction
Developing knowledge and skilled of subordinate through education & training.
Building the spirit of job in working team.
Contributing to build good relation with customer
Do other tasks assigned by superior
Job Qualification
Education LevelUniversity
Major inspecialize in electrics, electronics, mechanics, automation control, computer science or relating fields
Experienceat least 4 (four) years as service engineer or 3 year up as Field service supervisor
Knowledge/
Ability Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Team work, System & Procedure.
Technical service training for relating models of equipment
Management knowledge and leadership
Skills Understand Technical Products and Services
Communication skill to convince customers, suppliers, foreign technical advisors and others
Able to diagnose and analyze a technical problem
