Although it should be common sense, employees
need to avoid the use of passwords that are easy
for hackers to guess.
Capitalizing the first letter
in a password, isn't cutting it
anymore.
Change passwordat least every 3months for non-administrativeusers and 45-60days for admin
accounts.
Use different passwordsfor each login credential.

Avoid generic accounts andshared passwords.
Conduct Audits periodically toidentify weak/duplicate passwords
and change when necessary.
