Aesthetics:

‘Spine’ frame

The spine frame is based on the Concept that the wheelchair acts as a part to replace the missing body

Hence, the frame acts like an extension to human spine.

Ergonomics & Features:

Rather than conventional fixed seats, computer chair like seat is used.

The user can ‘pushback’ the seat.

ABY THANNIKAL JOSEPH

Ergonomics & Features:

An Adjustable Inclination Setup is provided

This enables the user to sit upright while working on computer and incline when resting

Ergonomics & Features:

A Shock Absorber is provided in the wheelchair

This helps to absorbs the shocks while on uneven terrains

Features:

A Disc brake is also provided in the wheelchair

This helps to stop the wheelchair in emergency situations.

Manufacturability: Low cost parts

The frame can be fabricated by :

Pipe Cutting => Pipe Bending => Pipe Welding

Can be easily repaired in a bicycle shop

Easily replaceable wheels (Standard bicycle wheels)
