1 bar of cold butter6 tbsp of shortening
8 tbsp cold waterPie pan
Preheat oven 200°C
• ¾ cup of sugar• 2 tbsp of flour• ½ tsp ground cinnamon• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg• ½ tsp grated lemon• 1-2 lemon juice• 6-7 apples ( thinly sliced )• 1 tbsp of butter• milk
