• Status Log displays history of applicant’s movement through the hiring process.
Applicant Entry by Requisition
• PAAAPOS• Collects basic applicant information.• Allows for the entry of multiple job
application events.
Applicant by Requisition
• PAIPOSN• Lists the name and status of each
candidate for a specific requisition.
Applicant List Form
• PAIALST• Displays all requisitions, positions, and
position classifications associated with a specific applicant.
Requisition Candidate List Form
• PAIRCAN• Lists all applicants who have applied for
an open position.
Applicant Tracking Reports
• NOCCCD uses Argos to generate reports and letters.
• Export data into Excel and then complete mail merge to send letters.
