How To Access New Interface

•Batelco has officially launched a new, enhanced look to Batelco’s current e-mail web

interface. This is more than an email interface, it’s a single platform that integrates many

rich communication services (upcoming slides will explain more)

•Customers can access Batelco’s Email Interface on: http://www.inetmail.com.bh/

•The new interface is flash-based, so customers need to have Flash 10 software

installed on his/her PC/laptop in order to access it.

•Flash software can be downloaded for FREE from:

http://download.cnet.com/Adobe-Flash-Player/3000-2378_4-10001055.html

•Customers who don’t have Flash 10 software installed on his/her PC/laptop can still

access their emails using the old interface from: http://www.oldinetmail.com.bh/

*Customers are requested to install the flash software before 30th Sep 2010

which is the last day to access the old interface.3

New Features of Pronto Interface

•In addition to flexible email composition, reception and archiving features, below are

some of the rich communication services offered:

•Interactive calendar for easy scheduling and sending invitations to events and

meetings via the new interface.

•Secure Instant Messaging to allow efficient and cost effective online chatting with

contacts using Batelco email accounts.

•Receiving daily news and updates directly to your email account through subscription to

online news links using RSS Feeds and management.

•Social networking to stay in touch with friends and clients via Facebook, Twitter and

Flicker.

•Upload and share High-definition multimedia files such as photos, videos and audio

recordings with your friends and contacts.

Batelco.com. corporate page.
