Summary of initial findings

•  Western region highly favours SharePoint

•  About 60% of organizations have dedicated intranet budgets, however, mature intranets are less likely to have assigned budgets

•  Modern intranets are integrating more external secure solutions to offer complimentary features

•  Intranets are primarily used to promote corporate culture

•  Important to include administrative, business function and human resources information
