James is CEO and co-founder of Clear. With his co-founders he established one of the fastest growing marketing consultancies in the world. We were lucky to have James as a guest speaker at our eighth annual Brands Advertising and Marketing Event. James took this opportunity to discuss reinventing brands within retail spaces. During the event we looked at the changes that are being made to the traditional ways we advertise, market and sell brands in light of the shifting expectations of consumers and how they wish to experience products today. We also reviewed some of the recent legislation and case law dealing with unfair trading, experiential advertising and intellectual property.
