WelcomeRunning out of space?Time seems to be a persistent enemy tocemeteries and churchyards. As theavailable land quickly fills up there are fewerspaces to use, making these areas veryexpensive to maintain from a shrinkingbudget. With the ever-growing demand forland for development, extensions arebecoming harder to find at a viable price.

A new solution...One way of solving this problem in part isto look within existing grounds - perhapsat areas unsuitable for burials - and toconvert these areas into a cremation park.With good design and layout it is possiblefor hundreds of ash remains to be housedwith corresponding inscribed tablets - alongwith tablets acknowledging scattered ashes- in an aesthetically pleasing way, therebyextending the life of a burial ground.

We manufacture and supply columbaria,statues and cremation park units for suchareas. Some of our designs have uniquelyinnovative features and we are able tocollaborate with local authorities to createpurpose-made units.

These units can be supplied in a variety ofcolours and stone types to conform tolocal rules and regulations.

Timeless cramanshipwith quality materialsOur versatile columbaria can be erected inthe grounds of parks, retirement homesand villages, churches, schools, municipaland private cemeteries, indeed just aboutanywhere required. ey can beparticularly appropriate where space is at apremium, as is oen the case in cemeteries.

These unique patented designs are inherently strongstructures, requiring no maintenance. They arecompletely cement-free as all the component partslock together and once completely assembled canonly be disassembled with a forklift or crane. Eventhe granite tablets incorporated into the design forinscriptions are cement-free. When inscriptions needto be added, these tablets can be removed easilyusing a secret method. A blank tablet can besubstituted whilst the lettering work is carried out.

The costs compare well with those of a wall. Lessfoundation work is necessary and unlike a wall ourcolumbaria can be moved with a forklift if a changeof location is necessary at a later date.

All the designs shown are available in variouscolours of granite or stone.

As you will see when looking at the dimensionsof each columbarium and the numbers of casketsthey can incorporate these memorials make efficientuse of space in a neat and dignified way. Each tablethas a presence that avoids leaving a family feelingtheir memorial to be an insignificant part of anenormous monolith.

Although a relatively recent innovation, thesedesigns are tried and tested, having been refinedover several years. The first units were sold to theBaptist Church in Durbanville, Cape Town and manyhave since been sold in the United Kingdom.
