Commissioner Choucair and the Chicago Department of Public Health released Chicago’s Action Plan for Healthy Adolescents, which will guide city-wide efforts to improve the health and well-being of Chicago’s adolescents. The plan was released at a special event at Jones College Prep High School, bringing together students and community partners from across Chicago to discuss the plan and how best to implement the strategies moving forward.
