Objective
• The subject of civic responsibility
aims at educating the citizens on
their own duties. Most citizens are
quick to push responsibilities to the
government and not see their own
role.
• It is expected that you will start
taking responsibility and play your
part in nation building.
What is Civic Responsibility?
• It is the encouragement of the
general public to become
involved in the political process
and the issues that affect them

What is Civic Responsibility?
• Civic engagement can also be
summarized as a means of working
together to make a difference in the
civil life of our communities and
developing the combination of skills,
knowledge, values, and motivation in
order to make that difference
My thought
• I think that ultimately, civic
responsibility will be summed up as
your cooperation with the
government and the people around
you in other to create a better
environment for yourself and others
