There are many employment, tax and labor requirements that

change on the federal and state level each year and numerous

times throughout the year. As an employer you are required to

manage your people by relaying this information to them in a

specified format. With ADP’s Labor Law Poster compliance update

service, you’ll receive a laminated poster set– for federal and state,

and get automatic updates anytime during the year when there is a

mandatory change, helping you to remain compliant. These will be

shipped to you approximately two weeks after your first payroll
