Finding Images Using Google

Step 1:

click on “search tools”

Step 2:

click on “usage rights”

Step 3:

choose “labeled for non-commerical reuse”

Step 4:

click on the picture you want

Step 5:

copy the URL (NOT the Google one)- visit the

page

Step 6:

What to do with the URL?

Copy it onto a powerpoint slide. After you’ve finished with all the URLs, save the slide as a JPEG! Use this at the end of your trailer

Save all photos to a folder you create on

your desktop…

Do NOT leave it on the desktop of the library computers (they will be deleted!)

Important information below!!

Move the folder to either your “h” drive or your Google Drive.

Create an account

Select “from scratch”

Add your photos from your computer

Once they’re all added, click on the TOP TAB labeled “video maker”

At the bottom is your storyboard…Drag and dropyour photos on it

Look at the tabs at the top…Click on the transitions tab

These are transitions

you can use.(MORE on

theleft hand

side)

Drag and dropit onto the “T”on the story-board

Click on the“effects” tab

Drag and dropthese ontoyour picturesto createeffects

Click on the “text” tab

Again, useany shown orany availableon the lefthand side

You can do two things

with text:

Drop onto a blank slide Or drop it onto

a picture

Too see whatyour video looks like,

clickthe “playvideo” button

Double clicking on the image or

text

will allowyou to change how long it shows on screen

When you’redone,

Hit the “save” button and choose an option
