Sidewalk construction Along Road Corridors (2016 project)

• Build 5-foot concrete sidewalk connections in the southeast and northeast quadrants with stamped concrete pavement at driveway crossings

Stern-Secor Intersection Improvements (2018 TAP grant project)

• Provide safe pedestrian crosswalks with ramps, stamped concrete and pavement markings

• Replace intersection tra�c light with a mast arm design with pedestrian lights

Streetscape Improvements Along Corridors (2018 TAP grant project)

• Install streetscape elements including street lights, landscaping, pavers, and site furnishings

• Provide street trees at regular intervals between the sidewalk and the roadway

• Screen parking areas with a combination of landscaping and low wall/fence

• Create pedestrian spaces with pedestrian ameni-ties such as benches and trash receptacles

pedestrian connections in the northwest and southwest quadrants along with other

improvements

adding/retro�tting parking lot islands and landscaping

• Provide pedestrian pathways connected from the main roadway sidewalks to the building entries with clear and safe internal pedestri-an circulation

• Create pedestrian areas around commercial/ o�ce uses such as plazas, walkways, bench-es, and other pedestrian amenities

• Establish uniform sign guidelines within the DDA district
