Thank you for purchasing a DimplePrints you-print party package. If you have any ques-

tions or problems printing and assembling your party, please feel free to contact me with

TERMS OF USE: You may use this file for personal use only. Mass production, file sharing and

commercial use of this PDF is not allowed. You cannot resell this file or the finished

product(s). All rights reserved. Please respect my work and exercise proper usage, thank

you. Due to the nature of this items, no refunds are provided. In the event that you have

any issues, please contact me and we can work on a resolution.

DIRECTIONS

General: Please read all directions prior to beginning. It is advised to print all items on

cardstock unless otherwise noted. All items are formatted to print on 8.5x11 paper. If print-

ing at home, set your printer to it’s maximum print margins. Cut just inside all cutting

guides/lines. I suggest sealing all ribbon lengths before using. A few basic “tools” will assist

you in creating your package:

Required Tools:

Scissors

Tape (preferably double sided and standard scotch tape)

Single hole punch

Exacto-Knife

Hot glue or craft glue (not advised to use school glue)

Helpful Tools (but not required):

Paper Cutter

Paper Punches (1.5 inch and 2 inch circles)

Small hole punch (1/8 or 3/16)

Cutting mat (when using your exacto knife, no cutting mat—use a stack of old magazines!)

Decorative Scissors

Craft Supplies (to make some of the items, these items can be purchased at your local craft store):

Ribbon (I prefer grosgrain, but satin or even curling ribbon will work)

Lollipop sticks or bamboo food picks (for your cupcake toppers)

Fray check or a lighter (to seal the ends of your ribbon)

Embellishments (for the party hats): I suggest ribbon, curling ribbon, tulle, etc.

12x12 Scrapbook Paper (to back the door sign)

Printable Iron on transfer paper (for the shirt design)

Section I: Banner

The banner consists of numerous shapes (circles, squares, etc) containing the message. Cut

out all shapes, including the “hole guide”. Use the hole guide to mark your banner shapes and

punch with a single hole punch or an exacto knife. Note: The banner hole guide does not line

up with your spacers or number banner piece. Cut, mark and punch your spacers and num-

ber banner pieces using the spacer guide and number guide. Once all pieces are cut and

punched, lay them out in your preferred order and string onto your ribbon.

Alternate Idea: Use the banner spacers are décor around your house, punch a hole, string

onto ribbon and hand on door knobs, from a chandelier, etc.

Section II: Cupcake Toppers

Cut or paper punch (2 inch circle) all front pieces. Then cut or punch (1.5 inch) all back

pieces. To assemble, lay the front piece face down on a clean dry surface, apply a small

amount of hot glue or craft glue or tape, lay your lollipop or bamboo stick down, add a drop

of glue and attach your back piece. Allow to dry completely before handling (especially if

you use craft glue).

Cupcake topper pieces can also double as confetti, silverware wrap fronts, cup labels, etc.

Print them on adhesive sheets to allow them to function as stickers.

Section III: Favor Tags

If you wish for the reverse to be printed vs. white, print one of the patterned papers on the re-

verse of the favor tags.

Option 1: Cut out favor tags. Using your single punch (or smaller punch if available) punch

your holes. Cut your ribbons long enough to allow you space to tie. I prefer to fold my ribbon in

half, slip the folded end through the hole and insert your loose ends through the ribbon loop

and pull tight. Tie onto your bag or favors.

Option 2: Print on adhesive paper and they will be stickers. Cut out, be sure to clean off your

scissors afterwards to remove any residual adhesive.

Option 3: Cut out favor tags and use double back tape to attach to your item.

Section IV: Party Hats

Cut along the guidelines. Using an exacto knife make your slit. To embellish your hats, create a

small bunch of ribbons, tulle or curling ribbon by tying 1 end in a knot. Attach to the interior of

the hat, leaving the knot on the inside and the ribbon up out the top. Secure the knotted end

on the interior of the hat with scotch tape or glue. Wrap the hat into a cone shape, inserting

the tab into the slit. On the interior of the hat, tape over the tab securing it to the interior of the

hat. Cut 2 equal ribbon lengths long enough to allow you to tie around the children’s chins

and tie. Glue each piece of the ribbon on the interior of the hat on opposite sides.

Section V: Cupcake Wrappers

After printing, cut out the cupcake wrappers. Wrap around a baked and cooled, undeco-

rated cupcake. THESE ARE NOT INTENDED FOR BAKING, you must use a standard cupcake liner

during the baking process. Secure on the back with double sided or standard tape. Using a

pastry bag, pipe on your frosting. For added customization trim the top edge with decorative

scissors.

Section VI: Favor Box

Using the favor box paper template and directions, cut out the template and use a guide to

cut out boxes from a patterned paper of your choice and assemble using the directions on

the template page.

Section VII: Patterned Papers

Various patterned papers are included in this file. They can be used for numerous party items.

Idea 1: Silverware Wraps

Print on standard quality paper, cut your patterned paper using the guidelines (easiest if you

have a paper cutter). Wrap your silverware sets with a napkin, using a paper strip, wrap

around the silverware/napkin combos and secure with a small piece of tape or double sided

tape. If you wish, attach using a double sided piece of tape, a “cupcake topper” piece front.

Idea 2: Confetti

Cut or punch small pieces to use as confetti.

Idea 3: Décor

Use paper to decorate various items, including lining serving trays, wrapping cups, water bot-

tle wraps, juice box wraps, etc. Using standard quality paper in lieu of cardstock makes wrap-

ping items (juice boxes, etc.) easier.

Section VIII: Large and Small Pennants

Print and cut out pennants. Using the corresponding hole guide, punch or cut your holes. String

onto ribbon and hang. Small pennants work great as high chair bunting.

Section IX: Water Bottle Wraps

Print on standard quality paper, cut, wrap around water bottles and adhere with double sided

or scotch tape.

Section X: Place Card/Food Labels

Design 1-Flat: Print and cut just inside of the dotted lines. Attach to food containers with

double sided or scotch tape.

Design 2-Folded Place Cards/Food Labels: Print and cut out just inside the dotted lines. Fold in

half.

Section XI: Signs

Print and cut out. To add to the size of the sign, back with 12x12 scrapbook paper. Hang using

tape or punch holes, string a ribbon and hang.

Section XII: Shirt Decal

Using printable iron on heat transfers (available at craft & office stores), follow the directions

closely in the package to print and adhere to a cotton shirt. Note, since printers do not print

white, any white on the design will be negative space, therefore you will want to iron onto a

white shirt or piece or fabric in order to keep those areas white.

Section XIII: Fill-In Invitations and Thank You Cards

Print on cardstock. 5x7 Invitations fit in an A7 envelope or an A9 (easier to find but a bit big).

Print thank you card on cardstock fold in half. Thank you cards fit in an A2 envelope.

Happy Celebrating, Carli-DimplePrints
