OrderReconciliation

1. ReviewOrdersforDischarge–CompleteOrderreconciliationofallcurrentorders(addpharmacyife-prescribingmedicationsandthereisnotapharmacyonfile)

2. NewOrdersforDischarge–CompletetheDischargeorderandthenaddanyadditionalorderstobecarriedout(e.g.referrals,DME,etc)andmedicationsthataretobesenttothepharmacyforpatientpickup.
