This map illustrates satellite-detected, potentialdamaged structures in Bahia de Caraquez, ManabiProvince, Ecuador. The analyzed area is locatedapproximately 120 km south of the 16 April 2016Muisne earthquake mainshock epicenter. Thisanalysis is done using Pléiades satellite imageacquired 19 April 2016 and a WorldView-2 imageacquired 02 December 2013. UNITAR-UNOSATidentified 122 potentially damaged structures ofwhich 30 are destroyed, 34 severely damaged, and62 moderately damaged. This is a preliminaryanalysis and not yet been validated in the field.Please send ground feedback to UNITAR-UNOSAT.
