EASY CHECK is simple and easy use lodge management system .in market we can see many type of lodge system. but this is different from thus in structure and design . we add simple user inter face to quick understanding about EASY CHECK .

Room setupSet room type and bed type

File-- room setup --- room/bed

Add rooms with price (ctrl+r)File --- room master -- add

Add product and service (ctrl+p)File ---product and service--product/service

Add employee (ctrl+e)

File -employee master-add

Go to Check in (F5)Check IN - room check in -click right button of mouse in you wanted room number (blue circle)

TO CHECK OUT click right button of mouse ……(if you check in a room when its color changed to RED color)

You can see below (view customer ,add products& service)….

Check in statement (F6)Check IN --Check IN statement (you can search check out people details/edit it /delete and can reprint if want the bill)

Account --daybook (CTRL+D) -- trail balance

Payment and receiptPayments --- expense payment (F7) /receive payment (F8)

SALARY PAYMENTPayments -salary payment ( F9)

Customer--- customer master (ctrl+c) / new customer (ctrl+n)

(Add customer )e
