• TECHNICAL ASPECTS• internet server down
• not all location and at home have an internet. it difficult for us to communicate.
• problems - group member didn't open their e-mail; overcame - contact using sms
• sometimes it takes a long time to get respond from each other. this is may be due to credit and time factor.
• using free wi-fi services to gather information
• INTERPERSONAL SKILLS• i have learnt problem solving and
communication skill. This means, we try to do the assigment and find the solution for our project only by using mobile phone and laptop.
• i feel that my skill in writing is improved, maybe not much but a least a bit.
• Making decision, problem solving, critical thinking skills are involved. Beside, we also trained to be more patient while waiting for members' replies. We are also learned to improve our leadership skill, cooperation skill and responsibility.

• A study was conducted by Ass. Prof. Dr. Esther Daniel among teacher-trainees at University Malaya’s Faculty of Education (2005-2007) to determine whether personal productivity improves when technology is used in the learning process.

The exploration into the thinking skills of the pre-service science teachers wasalso very encouraging as 31.25% felt that the SMSs’ had helped them to systemize their ideas and 28.13% felt that in their group discussions they manage to collate ideas better. 40.63% also said that the SMS messages gave them new ideas.

The students also stated that the SMS tips helped improve their writing style (50%).In the group discussions, 15.63% felt that the SMS tips did help to enhance the group’s written expressions. 71.88% of the students stated that the SMS tips helpedthem to speed up their written assignments and the tips were easy to understand(31.25%). The exploration also indicates that the students realised that they can use the SMS technology beyond the classroom and 46.88 said they would use it as a reference tool and 28.13% said that they will use the technology to continue improving their writing.
