EILCs

• Specialised courses in less widely spoken and taught languages

• Student application through the Erasmus office at their home institution

• Grant is paid for the duration of the EILC of between 2 – 6 weeks

• Completed prior to Erasmus period

•Learning agreement / Training agreement

Staff Mobility

Teaching and Training

• Flat rate payments

•Disability

• Length - 1 to 6 weeks

• If less than 1 week, minimum of 5 hours teaching*

•All staff mobility must be completed by 31 July 2012* Shorter periods may be permitted for staff training subject to

institutional justification

•Supports outgoing and incoming mobility

• In Euros

• Allocation – set monthly student grants

• Paid within 45 days of signature by both parties subject to:

- 2010/11 SM & TM final reports submitted to NA

- No outstanding LLP debts

• Bank charges must be borne by institution

• Erasmus Mobility funds must be held in clearly designated account

Payments

• Required for all mobility between HEIs*

• Outline model provided in operational handbook

• Signed and in place before mobility

• Otherwise no deadline

• Duration

• NA can help find partners* Mobility between HEI and Enterprise legally bound by individual student
