and Virtual Room!Girls are automatically

downloaded to the Trophy Nut Order System (TNOS)

from M2 into their appropriate troops where you can keep track of all

online orders easily!

Hi! We are Me2 Avatars! We live in M2 and help

your girls have a fun and successful

Fall Sale Experience!

Nut Promise vs. Online Orders

Customers have options when purchasing nuts and candy! If they choose the Convenience shipping option, they will have

different shipping methods to choose from based on the types of products in their order. Remember, magazines can only be

ordered in the online system.

M2• The M2 system

automatically sends an email to the Troop Fall Product Sale Manager that provides a link to get started and enables password set up

• Once logged in, the TFPM will be able to manage their Troop Dashboard

• This dashboard provides a snapshot of participation and sales for the entire troop.

• If a TFPM manages more than one troop, they can select the troop they wish to view

• The TNOS system is also easily accessed through this Troop Dashboard

How Do Parents Use M2?

With the help of a parent, girls can:• Set up their very own

personalized profile• Create their very own Me2

Avatar! • Create their own Me2 online

storefront • Invite customers to shop by

choosing to send one of several pre-populated emails

• Post personal photos and videos• Track sales• Enter “Paper Orders” from their

order cards• Visit their Virtual Room to view

rewards earned and the Avatars of fellow troop members

Customers for whom girls/parents have entered emails to earn the

“Online” patch will be sent emails at pre-set intervals during the sale

to remind them to place their order… cool!

Creating a Personalized Sales

– Parents can continue entering tee sizes after this lock-out date

2. TFPMs can then edit paper orders and tee sizes through midnight on 10/12

• SUFPM sends an email to Girl Scouts of Western Washington– Subject Line: “SU 777 ORDER

COMPLETE”

M2 Set-Up

By 9/18: SUFPM adds TFPM information to each existing troop– If troop number is missing, contact PWalker@GirlScoutsWW.org

*Separate emails are necessary for volunteers who are also parents to manage troop, SU, and girl accounts

By 9/15: all registered girls, troops, IRM “troop” numbers, and SUFPMs will be uploaded

By 9/25: TFPMs invite parents via email to create girl account

Adding Troops, Girls and IRMs

• Report missing troops to PWalker@GirlScoutsWW.org

• PARENTS add missing girls to existing troop numbers

• TFPMs can add girl orders by using the “Add Paper Order” option

• Girl rosters are viewed in TNOS• IRMs will be assigned an IRM “troop”

number and then use the “I don’t see my name” option to begin

Selecting or Adding a GirlParents will select the girl’s name from the drop down

menu in Step 2 to set up her profile. If the parent does

not see the girl’s name listed, they can add that girl to her troop by selecting “I don’t see her name” and

following the steps. Once her account has been set up,

parents can help their girl do things like create her Me2 Avatar and customize the

email invitations they’ll send to family and friends!

Wrong Troop? No Problem!

If a girl is not appearing in the correct troop within

M2, contact me at PWalker@GirlScoutsWW.org
