FinTech Financing and M&A activity were both strong during the mid-summer month

Financing volume was dominated by non-U.S. transactions including the top three largest

financings during the month, as has been the trend all year

M&A volume for July was the highest of the year so far though it was skewed by Oracle’s

$9.3 billion acquisition of NetSuite

FT Partners announced two significant M&A deals this month, TouchCommerce’s Sale

to Nuance Communications for $215 mm and the sale of Enservio to Solera
