AIESEC in Morocco 14.15

Introduction

Dear Applicant,

First of all, congratulations for making the first step to apply for National Support Team.

It is time for you to step out from your comfort zone, take a new challenge and

experience a new journey.

For the first time in AIESEC in Morocco, you will have the opportunity to embrace new

experiences, in different areas, being part of the National support team is strengthening

your knowledge, working on empowering the membership, enhancing your facilitating

skills and upgrade your background.

You will have the chance to impact our entities, increase their knowledge and

performance.

On behalf of the MC Team, we wish you the best of luck with the application and

selection process.

NST Roles and Rights

› Project management within the area designed along/with MCVP responsible;

› Working for a defined period of time in the term;

› Coordinating with LCVPs along with MCVP responsible (depends on the area);

› Create output report;

› The term duration, depending on the MCVP need (1 month – 10 months)

› Accountability: MCP and MCVP Concerned

› Specification: Everyone can apply to be NST, even LC EBs. An NST position is

taken simultaneously with your home LC position (Example: Team Member and

NST, Team Leader and NST or EB and NST)

NST Selection Process

The selection Process will be based on application forms and Panel (check the application form

guidelines below).

Applications missing any part will not be accepted.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

The application form should be sent to

before : Thursday 5th March 2015 at 6:00 pm GMT

You will get confirmation of reception within 48 hours.

Panels will be officially held on 6th of March, you will receive an email related to the time.

The official announcement of the elected NST Global Citizen will be on the 7th of March.

We provide feedback on request to non selected applicant by MCP or/& MCVP oGCDP.

Application Form Guidelines

1. Application Questionnaire fully answered

2. Endorsement letter

Collect one endorsement for NST position

from:

LC TLP (TL, OCP, EB)

Or Alumnus (with who you worked at least 3

months)

Applicants, MC, Supervisory Group Cannot

Endorse.

3. You are free to create your own design for

your application form, be creative. However,

you can’t change questions.

4. All documents must be in PDF format and

compressed in 1 folder.

5. Font size should not exceed 12. Whole

application should not take more than 8

pages.

6.Folder must be in “zip” or “rar” format and

should be saved under the following name

format: FullName_GCM_NST1415

E.g. SanaeElHabbari_GCM_NST1415

The Application for National Support Team AIESEC in Morocco 2014/2015 consists of:

Job Decription: GC NST

Team Purpose

Global Citizen is a globally implemented

product, which is also aligned nationally. Global

Citizen NST will be working mainly on

delivering this program for MC Markets.

Time Term

7th March to 30th June.

*Application open only for nationals

Responsibilities

¥ .Collaborate in the summer campaign

promotion for Global Citizen in MC territories;

¥ .Reach to wider markets in the MC uncovered

markets;

¥ .Off peak management for the spring

alongside with local VPs;

¥ .Organize and drive national review boards

for MC EPs;

¥ .Ensure the MC EPs management since they

are OPEN until COMPLETE.

Knowledge and Skills required: ¥ .Understanding of Global Citizen product

¥ .Outgoing GCDP process (Sign up, Ra, Ma, Re)

¥ .Communication and sales skills

¥ .Tracking and follow up

Measures of Success: ¥ . # of MC organized review boards

¥ . # of Raises / sign ups

¥ . # of Matches

¥ . # of Realizations

MCVP oGCDP

1. Based on the market S&D, what do you suggest as strategy to

boost the Global Citizen results?

2. What are AIESEC in Morocco difficulties regarding summer

period?

3. How would you ensure the success of summer period in

AIESEC in Morocco? State clear 3 actions.

4. What does off peak period means for you? How can we ensure

benefiting from it?

5. What are the 3 behaviors/values you’ll transmit to MC EPs to

showcase Morocco the best during their realization?
