NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS IN TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT •  Developed training manuals & systems for all locations •  Promoted total of 2 GM’s & 2 AGM’s directly from ops •  Promoted over 15 hourly staff into supervisory “key holder” roles •  Converted several “in the red” locations, into the black & “the standard”. •  Oversaw training operations for total of 5 new store openings

International’s highest honor that could be awarded to any store in the entire company of 180+ cafes based on exceptional financial success community involvement, training audit scores, guest feedback metrics, and employee satisfaction results. •  Never less than 90% on State and Internal health and safety Audits. •  Consistent yearly sales growth within all units of 10-20% by increasing

PPA on average of $2-$5 utilizing upselling training techniques, motivational product cost knowledge, & incentivized performance based rewards on high yield profit items.

BELIEFS IN OPERATIONS •  P&L education is essential to maintaining positive flow-through even if sale are down vs PY. •  P&L knowledge at ALL levels is possible, & essential. •  Daily monitoring of “Controllables” in labor , SPLH, and C.O.S. •  Guest first mentality & focus using KPI and secret shopper metrics utilized to maintain accountability at all levels. •  Take care of people, that take care of you.- Happiness of staff is essential. •  Protect the Brand & Grow the Brand!
