Desired Outcomes:• Increased consumption of fruits,

vegetables, and calcium rich foods

• Increased habitual physical activity

• Decreased consumption of fat, sugar, and sodium

• Improved clinical outcomes (BMI, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, among others)
