Powerful Questions (open ended)

project ? Think about somebody you know who
has..? Has there ever been a time when…?

Opened Ended vs Closed Questions…
Open Ended typically begin with:What, When, Where, How… etc.
Closed Questions typically begin with:
Do, Can, Will…etc.

Telling or asking closed ended questions saves people from having to think. Asking open ended questions causes them to think for themselves.
Coaching questions compel attention for an answer, focuses attention for precision and creates a feedback loop. Instructing does none of these.

Ask open ended questions and be willing to wait for the answer ….(use silence)

beneath the message. (it is not about you, it is about the other person).
Learn to trust your intuition.
Project Management is a team effort so use “we”, or the “team”, not “I”.
