Position Description CRM/SD Solution Architect will play a key role in optimizing the business processes in sales / service / marketing and in driving the corresponding IT technical solution.

Responsibilities include: - Business process optimization and on-going support in sales, service and marketing, including opportunity/pipeline, contract, quotation, order management, channel management, call centre, service warranty, claim, service spare part management, campaign management processes.- IT solution design in SAP CRM and SD. - Worldwide deployment of the CRM and SD solutions. - Project management in the sales and service projects. - Ownership of business blueprint, business requirement gathering, function specification documents and solution design in sales, service and marketing. - Solution validation and testing, user training, data management and go-live support.- Customer and partner on boarding

Position Requirements - At least 5 years experience in SAP CRM applications. In-depth knowledge of the best practices and functions in SAP CRM and SD: SAP CRM opportunity, contract, quotation and order, CRM/SD pricing, IPC product configuration, CRM channel management, CRM customer interaction centre (CIC), CRM ISA, ECC/CRM iBase, claim, service spare part, campaign planning and execution.- Profound business knowledge in sales, service and marketing. Minimum 5 years work experience in these areas. High-tech industry experience preferred. - Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, business, economy or similar major- Excellent communication and analytics skills. Good team player.- Fluent in English. Chinese or other foreign language is a plus.- At least two full cycle CRM implementations from blueprint to post-production support; at least one global project.
