How I came to Retainment

A little bit of personal history

From the beginning of my career I worked for the multinational companies, which recruited managers via agencies

And new step of career growth outside the company

… started from interview at recruitment agency

And after different experience

I felt myself what gets or doesn’t get the candidate at the recruitment agency

“Theatre begins with a hanger”…

And the “Company’s face” for TOP manager becomes the agency

And how the agency will handle the candidate,

Will influence future positioning of the Company on the labor market

Positioning is not materialistic

Marketing – it’s not battle of the products, but the battle of perceptions

If Company is able to hire qualified recruiter, so it’s successful Company where he wants to build the career

So as retainer is temporary a member of Company’s team, the chain «client-candidate»becomes shorter

But that’s not all

Retainer knows well the client, and so can evaluate the personal chemistrybetween «Client — candidate», that is not possible with shallow approach
