HOW TO CHANGE MASTERCERTIFICATION VALUES FOR
A REPLACEMENT MASTER
1. Close all programs
2. Open “Gage Explorer”
3. Left Click on “Masters”.
4. Identify the master to change. In thisexample, we will use master 1.
5. Left Click on “Master Duplicates” tab.
6. Left Click and highlight “Master 1”.
7A. Either enter the new “offset”value for the measurement OR
7B. Enter the new “Actual” valuefor the measurement.
8A. Either enter the new “offset”value for the Preelaboration OR
8B. Enter the new “Actual” valuefor the Preelaboration
IF YOU HAVE PREELABORATIONS, YOU MUSTPERFORM STEP 8.
9. To save your changes - apply the data
10. Close “Gage Explorer”
11. Run “On-Line”
