This is a tasty and easy-to-make chicken curry dish. Ingredients: Sesame oil 1 tbs red curry paste 3 or four chicken breasts, diced 270ml will coconut milk Fish sauce Rice or Pad Thai (rice) noodles (cooked per instructions) Slivered almonds (optional)

How to Make Red Chicken Curry

Steps: 1.Place a frypan on the stove and switch the warmth to medium/high.

2.Splash just about 5ml of oil, in conjunction with one tablespoon of red curry paste, onto the frypan once it’s hot.

3.Add the chicken and stir into red curry paste. Cook till the chicken is brunette.

4.Add the milk to the pan. enable to simmer for ten minutes, stirring often.

5.Once the milk has thickened, add a splash of fish sauce. Stir and simmer for one minute.

6.Remove the pan from the warmth. Serve the red chicken curry on a bed of rice or noodles.
