I-9 Processing with Email Integration

Business Benefits:

Updated information feeds to the HRI from PeopleSoft to eliminate duplicate data entry.

Integrates email functionality for efficiency and enhanced work tracking.

I-9 Case Tracking

Business Benefits:

Cases track email notification history.

Note history maintained in one place for each case.

Document storage ability.

Multiple users can collaborate and work on the case successfully.

Labor Relations Overview

Business Benefits:

Overview screen shows running list of active cases among all case managers along with quick links to key reports.

Separate sections for tracking important actions like recent terminations makes important data easy to find and access quickly.

Employment Action TrackingBusiness Benefits:

Multiple employment actions summarized and tracked in one place for each employee. Provides an historical record of employment actions specific to each employee and tracked over time.

Employment action data is also available in reporting and provides total counts by type or department as needed.

Flags at the top of the page alert the user if the employee has a case pending in another HR unit’s application.

Discrimination & Harassment Case

Business Benefits:

Documents are stored with each case for easy sharing and reference.

Information for each case participant is pulled from PeopleSoft data feed and eliminates duplicate data entry.

Recognition ProgramsBusiness Benefits:

Detailed information previously collected from paper documents is summarized electronically allowing for enhanced data reporting and analysis.

Users are able to search for existing programs with similar criteria to use as a model. This was difficult to do previously with only paper documents and Excel spreadsheets.

Reports - Open Cases Summary

Business Benefits:

This report summarizes all open cases for an HR unit within the time frame specified by the user.

Allows users and supervisors to track workload and case status quickly and easily.

Report – Executive Summary of Cases

Business Benefits:

This report was designed to be printed and presented to campus leadership on a regular basis to keep them up to date on the status of cases.

Can be filtered by campus area, department, and date range as needed.

Reports - Employee Relations Dashboard

Business Benefits:

This type of report is used to track total counts of action types used in the application.

Can be filtered by date range, case manager, department or action type.

Helps track real time work metrics efficiently.
