After training, the system was fully implemented in all HANDS district offices/ community development centers for training database management system.

Leadership for Future GenerationDuration 2 days, 70 young participants were trained in 3 trainings. Over all 5 training were conducted with 110 participants in previous years. 10 master trainers were also trained for young leadership trainings during last year.
