ShopifyEBANX as a payment provider in Brazil

Installation Guide

Installation ProcessFollow the next steps to install the EBANX’s

payment gateway in your Shopify store.

Step #1To start, log-in into the administrative

panel of your store.

Step #2Click on “Settings”, and then

select Payment providers.

Step #3Choose which EBANX’s payment gateway you wish to install, selecting between:

- Boleto Bancário via EBANX (identified by EBANX

Payments in Latin America)

- Cartão de Crédito e Boleto via EBANX (to process Credit Card and Boleto)

- Cartão de Crédito em até 12x via EBANX (to process only Credit Card)

After selecting, your browser will be refreshed, and you will now see the Public Integration Key, and the Merchant Shopify Key as the screenshot shows.

Fill it with your information and click on “Save”.

Integration KeysYour Public Integration Key and your

EBANX Shopify Key are available on Live

Integration Keys within Integration tab in

your EBANX Dashboard.

Step #4Once you see the "Payment settings saved"

message, it means you have to check the

required information requested by EBANX

at the checkout settings.

Click on “Settings” and then on “Checkout”

to do that.

Go to “Form”'s part and set the options

as shown below:

Doing this, click on “Save.”

Before starting to process,

it's time to make some tests.

TestsIt’s time to check if everything is

working.

Test PurchaseAccess your store and create a normal

purchase flow up to the payment page.

If EBANX's gateway is already an option

on the Payment Methods, you are ready

to start processing.

TransactionsFinish your test purchase

and check the transaction

on your administrative panel.

Selling physical goods?

Starting from 2020, the Brazilian Tax Authorities

will require all imported packages to document

the Brazilian customer identification number

(CPF or CNPJ) .
