LSI stands for Life Styles Inventory™

Tool for measuring the way the Participant sees themselves (LSI 1) and the way others see them (LSI 2)

LSI has only been designed for personal self development purposes– Personal results are confidential– Group results only will be shared– 50,000 managers have used the LSI

• Global usage: China, Europe, India, Malaysia, Africa etc...

What is the LSI?

5

LSI 1 is a self-description inventory and measures the thoughts and attitudes that motivate your behaviour.

LSI 2 provides feedback on how your behaviour patterns are interpreted by others, how you relate to others, how you solve problems & make decisions.

Results are plotted on a circular graph called the Circumplex.

What is the LSI?

6

Twenty five years of research shows that these Life Styles correlate differently with outcomes such as:– Effectiveness

– Relationships with others

– Salary

– Health

The Circumplex is a circular graph that measures 12 distinct styles of thinking and behaviour and clusters these into three general orientations: constructive, passive/defensive and aggressive/defensive styles

Feedback is profiled on International and Australian Norms
