A few issues with this proposal that I request others input on. I do not believe the evaluation of the sewer and stormwater lines fits, not sure about the evaluation of the septic systems. Also, MERDI is doing a lot of this work. A consultant can't do this, is MERDI a non-profit or profit organization?
