• to move some thematic areas such as the "greening of ships" from WG "Research and Development" mandate to the "International competitiveness and finance" WG

• As regards the section of "financing of environmental improvements", the idea of ships retrofitting was proposed to be added

• to implement not only "European" but also "international" green legislation as applicable, and the addition of financial engineering to achieve more leverage between public and private sector funding
