Being afraid to make a decision – or worse, dithering over a decision
Having self doubts where you didn’t think you had any. These could be over something that you might have previously been confident in before.
You may find yourself worrying over ‘being found out’ – by this I mean that you feel fraudulent and that you either don’t deserve the job, or that you can’t really do it.
You may also worry about conversations that you have with people and whether you’ve handled a situation correctly.
You might have limiting beliefs all of a sudden, or think that a good piece of work that you’ve delivered was just luck and you couldn’t ever repeat it.
