Changing one’s own behavior is hard. A study found

underwent heart surgery were able to
change their lifestyle, and these people
had the ultimate “motivation”—possible
death. Changing other people’s behavior is even harder.
Changing the behavior of a group of people…well, that
sometimes appears almost impossible…
