Registrations with CSSE between 3rd June 2015 and 4th September 2015

Online at www.csse.org.uk Test on Saturday 19th September

Secondary Application The Single Application Form (SAF) Southend online application form If you live in Essex Local Authority, you will

need to complete a different form Complete online Up to 5 schools in order of preference Places allocated in that order If taking 11+, put grammar preferences first. Recommended to include your catchment

area school.

Secondary School Application Eastwood School – tick specialist school place,

Supplementary Information Form (SIF) from the school: check deadline in Eastwood Sch prospectus.

10% specialist places are allocated for Sport, Dance and Drama ( approx 8 or 9 of each)

Catholic Schools St Thomas More or St Bernards High require – 2

SIFs as well as the secondary admission form.
